Kiwi rider Jack Bauer has claimed a stage victory on the Tour of Britain after winning a sprint finish to claim the fifth stage into Bath.
The Cannondale-Drapac rider was part of a breakaway that at one point led by five minutes before almost being chased down just before the finish line.
Bauer beat out Frenchman Amael Moinard and Britain's Erick Rowsell in the sprint finish for the 194.5km stage from Aberdere.
Belgian Julien Vermote retained the yellow jersey heading into the sixth stage of the eight-day race.
