Cycling: Heras banned for doping

Roberto Heras has been handed a two-year ban for doping and stripped of his fourth victory in the Tour of Spain by the Spanish Cycling Federation.

Heras tested positive for the banned blood-boosting substance erythropoietin (EPO) in the penultimate stage of last year's race.

Russian cyclist Denis Menchov will now be awarded victory in the race.
