New Zealand cyclist Greg Henderson relinquished the leader's yellow jersey in the third stage of the Tour of Britain today.
The Dunedin rider was overtaken at the head of the field in the eight-stage tour by Switzerland's Michael Albasani, who won the third stage, a 149.7km ride from Newtown to the Welsh city of Swansea.
Albasani, going one better than his runner-up finish in the second stage, inherited possession of the overall leader's yellow jersey from Henderson, who finished 13th today to trail overall by one minute 26 seconds.
Australian Richie Porte is third just 2sec back.
Another New Zealander, Jack Bauer, was prominent today, finishing eighth, 1min 16sec behind Albasani, to be 22nd on general classification.
The race finishes in London on Sunday (NZT).
