National cycling champion Melissa Holt, who won a double last weekend, will compete in the Ironman New Zealand in March.
The 31-year-old from Cambridge won the time trial and road race double at the New Zealand cycling championships in Hawkes Bay at the weekend.
Holt is training with friend Brendan Cameron, partner of world and Olympic champion Sarah Ulmer, who completed Ironman New Zealand races twice.
