-England have taken an unassailable 2-0 series lead over the White Ferns after winning the second ODI by 56 runs at Seddon Park.
-The tourists, who claimed a 4-1 victory in the T20 series and a four-wicket win in the first ODI, were dismissed for 252 after opting to bat.
-The White Ferns’ reply was buoyed by a 100-run fifth-wicket stand between Brooke Halliday (57) and Izzy Gaze (47), before the latter was run out in unfortunate fashion in the 40th over.
-The hosts lost their last five wicket for 30 runs, with opener Bernadine Bezuidenhout unable to bat through injury.
