Earlier, skipper Suzie Bates had top-scored with a 97-ball 89, with plenty of support from Amy Satterthwaite (69) and Devine (73).
The intimidating total was underpinned be a crucial 151-run second-wicket stand between Bates and Satterthwaite.
Anna Peterson and Devine finished the Kiwi innings in style, their unbeaten stand of 63 coming off 43 balls, including 13 off the last over.
Devine faced 58 balls for her 73, while Peterson contributed a solid 27 off 21.
The White Ferns won the first ODI last week in Lincoln by one run, backing up at the same venue four days later with a comfortable eight-wicket win.
The two teams begin a five-match Twenty20 series in Mt Maunganui next Wednesday.
