Two new caps have been named in the White Ferns cricket squad for next month's Rose Bowl series against Australia.
The Canterbury Magicians pair of Kelly Anderson and Frances Mackay won selection after strong performances in the domestic competition.
Spinning allrounder Mackay was named in both the one-day and Twenty20 teams, while pace bowler Anderson features in the one-day side.
"Mackay has been the form batsman in the 50-over competition and a consistent performer with the ball in both competitions," coach Gary Stead said. "Anderson has been extremely consistent with the ball and deserves her promotion to the next level."
New Zealand face Australia in three ODIs and three International Twenty20 matches in Invercargill and Lincoln starting on February 18.
Twenty20 squad: Aimee Watkins (captain), Amy Satterthwaite (vice-captain), Suzie Bates, Erin Bermingham, Kate Broadmore, Nicola Browne, Sophie Devine, Frances Mackay, Katey Martin, Sara McGlashan, Liz Perry, Sian Ruck, Sarah Tsukigawa.
ODI squad: Aimee Watkins (captain), Amy Satterthwaite (vice-captain), Kelly Anderson, Suzie Bates, Erin Bermingham, Nicola Browne, Sophie Devine, Lucy Doolan, Frances Mackay, Katey Martin, Sara McGlashan, Liz Perry, Sian Ruck.
