The England women have won the fifth and final Twenty20 match against the White Ferns at Queens Park in Invercargill by five wickets.
Chasing 110 to win, England looked comfortable throughout their innings and made the winning runs after 18.5 overs.
The White Ferns were put into bat after losing the toss and got off to a solid start reaching 75 for two after 13 overs. Opener Suzie Bates made 20, before Sara McGlashan and Amy Satterthwaite put on 50 for the third wicket.
McGlashan top-scored with 29, closely followed by Satterthwaite with 25, but when both fell in quick succession the run-rate slowed dramatically.
An unbeaten 21 from Liz Perry helped the White Ferns finish at 109 for six after 20 overs.
