Chasing 126 for victory, Devine samshed the world's fastest 50 in women's cricket off 18 balls.
The allrounder finished on 70 off 22 balls, hitting five 4s and eight 6s, the second-highest number of sixes in a Twenty20 innings.
The White Ferns waltzed to victory with 45 balls remaining.
Amy Satterthwaite walked the chase home with a calm 39 not out off 35 balls and she combined with Devine to put on 89 runs off just 4.4 overs.
