Mark Nicholas, the Englishman who waves the flag with such vigour for Australia now, could never be accused of laying it on thin. But his 'eulogy' for South African captain Graeme Smith, who retired after the series against Australia, hit new levels of, well, crap.
"Perhaps his inspiration, as it has been with so many, was Nelson Mandela. The parallels are there," wrote Nicholas.
