Black Caps wicketkeeper Brendon McCullum's suffering from a sore knee ahead of tonight's match against Pakistan at the Cricket World Cup.
McCullum practised this morning with his right knee heavily bandaged which coach John Wright says is just a precaution.
Meanwhile star batsman Kevin Pietersen has been ruled out of the rest of England's World Cup campaign because his hernia problem is more serious than first thought.
The 30-year-old opener will be replaced by Middlesex batsman Eoin Morgan.
