Martin Guptill hopes he's done enough to cement his place in the Black Caps' one-day set-up in the lead up to next year's World Cup.
The Auckland opener is New Zealand's second highest runscorer in the current Indian series after being overlooked for the Bangladesh tour.
Guptill says he feels he's rediscovered his form after a stint with New Zealand A.
He says he's feeling great with the bat at the moment and while he hasn't scored a big total yet, he believes one is just around the corner.
The Black Caps face India in the fifth and final one-dayer in Chennai today, trying to avoid a series whitewash and a 11th straight one-day loss.
