KEY POINTS:
The departure of Andy Moles to coach the New Zealand cricket team has seen Northern Districts appoint two men in his place.
Grant Bradburn was today named coach and Craig Ross his assistant for the remainder of the domestic season.
Former international Bradburn and former first-class player Ross are part of Northern Districts Cricket's high performance staff.
Northern Districts chief executive said Bradburn and Ross were very familiar with the team environment and his organisation's goals and aspirations.
"They have enthusiastically taken up the challenge presented despite this being a significant change in their life, conjured up in four days."
Bradburn has coached Northern Districts A for the past four years and has also coached the Cook Islands team in International Cricket Council competitions.
Ross has been involved with the Northern Districts Cricket Academy for two years and had also coached at age group level.
The pair take over from Moles tomorrow.
Moles was this week named to succeed John Bracewell as the New Zealand coach. His first assignment is the upcoming home test and one-day series against the West Indies.
