Cricket: Sri Lanka crushes South Africa

Sri Lanka has crushed South Africa by an innings and 153 runs in the first cricket test in Colombo.

Muttiah Muralitharan took six for 131 in the second innings to finish with 10-172 in the match, his 17th 10-wicket haul.

South Africa, trailing by 587 runs on the first innings, was bowled out for 434 in their second innings, with the match finishing after lunch on the fifth day at the Sinhalese sports club
