Jesse Ryder has been suspended from playing the final round of the Plunket Shield after admitting a Level 2 breach of New Zealand Cricket's Code of Conduct.
In a NZC Code of Conduct hearing, Ryder did not dispute a charge of serious dissent, including the use of offensive language, while playing for the Otago Volts against the Northern Knights in Hamilton on March 21.
He was subsequently suspended, subject to appeal, from playing in the 10th round of the Plunket Shield, scheduled for April 1-4.
