A rematch of last year's State Shield final is in store today when Auckland take on Otago at Eden Park's outer oval.
Defending champions Auckland has won both their opening shield matches while Otago has started with a win and a loss.
Auckland coach Mark O'Donnell says he wants to see his side's good form continue. He says Otago are a useful side but if his side concentrates on what they need to do well, then the result should take care of itself.
