The Auckland player, 31, played 104 ODIs and missed just one series in a decade-long international career.
She scored 2201 runs at a strike rate of 85.9, and was the first wicketkeeper to take 100 ODI dismissals.
Her 133 is still the highest in the women's game.
She played 90 State League games for Auckland, scoring 2591 runs, taking 86 catches and 48 stumpings. Rolls also represented New Zealand at soccer.
