South Africa has cruised to a 7 wicket win over New Zealand on the final day of the second cricket test in Port Elizabeth.
Resuming day 5 on 29 for 1 in pursuit of a modest 86, the Proteas took 22 overs to knock off the required runs.
Opener Gary Kirsten hit the winning boundary, taking South Africa to 89 for 3.
Kerry Walmsley and Chris Martin were the wicket takers for New Zealand on the last day, dismissing Daryll Cullinan and Jacques Kallis respectively.
The South Africans now have an insurmountable 2-0 lead in the series following their 5 wicket win in the opening test in Bloemfontein.
The third and final test begins later this week in Johannesburg.
