Wicketkeeper Derek de Boorder and opening batsman Martin Guptill will make their State Shield one-day debuts for Auckland against Canterbury at Eden Park Outer Oval today.
De Boorder comes in for Reece Young - injured in the loss to Wellington on Wednesday - while Guptill has flown back from the national under-19 tournament at Lincoln.
