KEY POINTS:
New Zealand have fell one game short of the final at the under-19 cricket World Cup, losing to India by three wickets in their rain-reduced semifinal in Kuala Lumpur this morning (NZT).
After winning the toss and batting first, a brilliant 70 off 68 balls from middle-order batsman Corey Anderson helped the New Zealanders to 205 for eight.
However, India reached their revised target of 191 off 43 overs with nine deliveries to spare, despite a middle-order collapse which saw them lose four wickets for 33 runs.
India await the winners of Friday's second semifinal between defending champions Pakistan and South Africa in the title clash on Sunday.
