New Zealand A's first innings has already come to an end after the first day of the four-day match against South Africa A in Benoni.
The Kiwi side won the toss and batted first, struggling to 226 all out, Paul Wiseman top scoring with 52.
At stumps, South Africa A were two without loss in reply.
Meanwhile, Sri Lanka has beaten Zimbabwe by four wickets in the ICC Champions Trophy overnight Tuesday-Wednesday.
The match between Pakistan and Kenya was rained out.
It has been rescheduled for Wednesday night.
