Wicketkeeper Ridley Jacobs, who missed the second and third cricket tests against Australia through injury, was named in a 12-man team for the fourth and final test starting in St John's today.
Fast bowler Mervyn Dillon, who was dropped for the third test, has been included, while Barbadian paceman Tino Best has been left out after a torrid debut in Bridgetown.
Jacobs will return to action on home turf at the Antigua Recreation Ground after tearing a groin muscle in the first test.
He was replaced by Carlton Baugh in Port of Spain and Bridgetown. The West Indies lost the first three tests against Australia, the first time they have lost three in a row at home.
