KEY POINTS:
New Zealand test batsman Daniel Flynn will miss the remainder of Northern Districts' Twenty20 cricket matches because of a groin strain.
Northern Districts have no chance of making the playoffs after suffering six successive losses.
Flynn picked up the injury while scoring 47 in last night's match against Canterbury in Hamilton, which the southerners won in a sudden death over after the scores were tied.
He has been replaced in the squad by Anton Devcich.
Other squad changes include the return of Kane Williamson and Brent Arnel for Brad Wilson and Te Ahu Davis, who have been named in a New Zealand Emerging Players team to play England A next week.
Northern Districts' remaining Twenty20 matches are against Otago at Mt Maunganui tomorrow and Wellington at the same venue on Sunday.
