Cricket: ICC confirms West Indies tour umpires

The International Cricket Council has confirmed the umpires for the West Indies tour of New Zealand starting next month.

South Africa's Rudi Koertzen will umpire the first four one-day internationals along with a New Zealand Cricket-appointed umpire still to be confirmed.

Australia's Daryl Harper will be the international umpire for the fifth and final one-dayer, with he and Koertzen controlling the first test in Auckland starting on March 9.

Harper and England's Mark Benson will stand in the second test in Wellington, while Benson and compatriot Ian Howell will umpire the third and final test in Napier.

South Africa's Mike Procter will be match referee for the entire series.
