Cricket: Horne, Sinclair out cheaply

New Zealand has lost Matt Horne and Mathew Sinclair cheaply on day one of the Boxing Day cricket test against Zimbabwe at the Basin Reserve.

Horne was out caught behind of the bowling of Heath Streak for 1, while Sinclair was out lbw to Bryan Strang.

At lunch New Zealand is 63/2 after 29 overs, with Mark Richardson on 30 and Steven Fleming on 22.

Black Caps captain Stephen Fleming won the toss and opted to bat first with James Franklin named the 12th man.
