Australia's summer of cricket is set to eclipse the one-million crowd mark this weekend.
The millionth fan is expected at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Sunday when Australia play New Zealand in the one-day tri-series.
It will be just the fifth time in more than 35 years that crowd numbers have reached seven figures during an international summer, with Cricket Australia forecasting a record 1.3 million fans by the end of the tri-series.
More than 813,000 attended the Ashes test series with several venues registering record attendances.
Over 100,000 have watched the first three games of the tri-series in Melbourne and Hobart, with more than 35,000 attending the Twenty20 International between Australia and England at the SCG.
