Northern Districts all rounder Anton Devcich is the only newcomer in the New Zealand cricket limited overs squad to tour Bangladesh next month.
The 27-year-old lefthander is in India with the New Zealand A side where he scored 115 against India A in a four day match earlier this month, as well as 48 and 66 in the one dayers.
New General Manager National Selection Bruce Edgar said Devcich's current form in India is a continuation of his recent run of good performances in limited overs cricket.
"Anton showed very good signs against England last season for New Zealand A and has transitioned from a middle order batsman to an aggressive top order player. He is also an outstanding fielder with the ability to contribute as a left arm spin bowling option which will be useful in the sub-continent."
Central Districts pace bowler Adam Milne who last played for the Black Caps in November 2012 in Sri Lanka makes his return.
