Cricket: Black Caps squads announced

Two very different test and one-day teams to tour Zimbabwe in August were announced by New Zealand cricket today.

A major point of interest is the return to top-class cricket of fast bowler Shane Bond, after a long period out with injury.

Experienced cricketer Craig McMillan makes the team for the one-dayers, but is apparently not included in NZC's test match plans.

Wellington offspinner Jeetan Patel is the surprise 'bolter' in the one-day squad.

Craig Cumming, James Franklin, James Marshall, Chris Martin and Paul Wiseman are those who get the nod for only the longer version of the game.
