KEY POINTS:
The Bangladesh cricket team is already on the back foot just one match into their New Zealand tour.
Opening bowler Syed Rasel is out for the remainder of the tour after injuring his collar bone while fielding in the seven wicket loss to Northern Districts on Sunday.
Bangladesh coach Jamie Siddons said Rasel will be seen by several specialists over the next few days, after which they will decide whether he has surgery in Australasia or returns to Bangladesh..
Siddons said they have enough depth to cover for Rasel's absence. Uncapped left-arm pacer Sajidul Islam will replace Rasel.
Siddons is adamant they have enough cover for today's warm-up one-dayer against Northern Districts in Hamilton.
