Australia have beaten the West Indies by six wickets in the final test at the Sydney Cricket Ground this afternoon finishing up 174/4.
The win means Australia takes out the series five-nil.
With 452 from their first innings Australia needed 173 from today's play to win.
The West Indies had made 272 from their first innings and 352 in their second.
Australia started the day at 44/2 with Michael Slater and Mark Waugh at the crease.
Waugh was lost cheaply to a catch by Adams off Nixon McLean for 3 - his score at the end of yesterday's play.
Steve Waugh stepped up in his place and knocked out 38 before going down lbw to Marlon Samuels.
Slater lasted the distance scoring 86 with partner Ricky Ponting not out on 14 at the end of play today.
