Trent Boult provided a rare highlight at the Basin Reserve on a day of Australian dominance.
The Northern Districts fast bowler added to his collection of superb catches with a stunning caught and bowled effort to dismiss Mitchell Marsh for a duck.
The catch - one-handed and diving to his right - even seemed to stun Boult himself, who reacted to the dismissal with a shocked look on his face.
Boult's catch capped off a manic over, which saw him dismiss Usman Khawaja lbw for 140, before having a terrible lbw review turned down on Marsh's first ball.
A ball later, the great grab saw Marsh depart for a second-ball duck, and give New Zealand a sniff of hope after having gone wicket-less in the first session.
