Black Caps opener Martin Guptill's been cleared of any serious injury to his hand.
He hurt his hand while fielding in the opening ODI loss to South Africa and needed an injection before going out to bat.
However MRI scans have revealed no fracture and Guptill will be monitored daily with a hope to playing in the remainder of the series.
