Pakistan's three day tour match against a New Zealand XI has ended in a draw.
In the side's only warmup ahead of Friday's first test against the Black Caps, Pakistan were dismissed for 287 before lunch at Whangarei's Cobham Oval.
Starting at 234 for eight this morning the Pakistan tail wagged adding 51 runs for the 10th wicket.
Misbah ul-Haq finished on 126 not out after being stranded on 99 overnight.
Tim Southee captured the final wicket of No.11 Tanvir Ahmed for 25 as Pakistan finished 97 runs short of the New Zealand XI's first innings total of 384.
James Franklin also took a wicket this morning, as Sohail Tanvir edged to Reece Young for a duck, while Chris Martin (3-69) and Daniel Vettori (3-30) were the pick of the New Zealand bowlers.
The New Zealand XI then batted for 32 overs in their second innings reaching 111 for four before stumps were called early.
Franklin top scored for the New Zealand XI with 30, while Tim McIntosh enjoyed some more time at the crease making 26.
Pakistan struck early in the New Zealand XI's second innings dismissing Brendon McCullum (18) and Kane Williamson (0) within the first five overs, both falling to Umar Gul.
Reece Young, who is set to make his test debut on Friday, finished on 19 not out.
