Scott Styris has been fined 25 percent of his match fee for swearing at an umpiring decision during the Black Caps final one-dayer against South Africa at Centurion.
The incident occurred in the 17th over.
Kyle Mills has escaped punishment for a similar charge in the seventh over.
It seems it was day for letting off a cloud of blue verbal steam.
South African coach Mickey Arthur has also been fined 25 percent of his match fee for bad language after the second rain interruption, just one over short of the 20 needed to constitute an innings.
It is understood Arthur confronted one of the umpires about it as they were coming off the field.
Proteas bowler Charl Langeveldt has been fined 75 percent of his match fee, for failing to turn towards the umpire quickly enough when appealing for the wicket of Hamish Marshall, who was caught behind for three.
It was a repeat offence.
