New Zealand captain Stephen Fleming won the toss and chose to bowl first in the second and deciding cricket test against Sri Lanka at the Basin Reserve in Wellington today.
New Zealand named an unchanged side from the drawn first test in Napier, with pace bowler Iain O'Brien again named 12th man.
Sri Lanka made two changes from Napier, with debutante batsman Shantha Kalavithigoda and allrounder Farveez Maharoof replacing spinner Rangana Herath and paceman Nuwan Kulasekara who was ruled out with a back injury.
The weather was fine and cool after morning rain, with a start due on time at 10.30am (local time).
