The New Zealand cricket team will play five one-day internationals and two tests against India in January and February.
Discussions between New Zealand Cricket and the Board of Control for Cricket in India over the weekend confirmed that the current ICC Cricket World Cup champions will tour New Zealand straight after the West Indies series in December and early January in a series sponsored by ANZ.
NZC chief executive David White said he was delighted to have the summer programme confirmed.
"It's brilliant that the Black Caps will be playing five ODIs against the world's top one-day side given the proximity of the cricket World Cup in 2015,'' he said.
White said the venues for the Indian tour would be announced in the next week or so, but it is understood that one of the tests will be held at Eden Park.
