New Black Caps coach Andy Moles has made immediate changes to the batting order for the first test against the West Indies starting in Dunedin on Thursday.
As expected, Daniel Flynn has been confirmed at number three with Jesse Ryder moved to five.
While Moles is not a team selector, he says he is excited by the well balanced group assembled.
He says both he and captain Daniel Vettori had a chance to give their views on players and they are happy with the mix the selectors came up with.
The Black Caps have been forced indoors to train today with rain falling in Dunedin.
