New Zealand's cricketers are three wins away from a substantial payday at the world T20 championship.
The breakdown of monies to go to teams at the world T20 means New Zealand stand to trouser more than $US3 million, if they go on to win the final in Kolkata early on April 4 (NZT).
Every team in the main draw and the qualifying tournament, which preceded it, receives $US300,000 as a participation fee.
There is a bonus of $US50,000 for teams winning every group game - and only New Zealand can achieve that in pool 2, if they beat Bangladesh in Kolkata this weekend to complete a four-from-four sweep.
The losing semifinalists get $US750,000 each, the runners-up receive $US1.5 million, while the winners pocket $3.5 million.
