Canterbury pace bowler Matt Henry has been added to the New Zealand one-day cricket squad in the build-up to the final match against India in Wellington tomorrow.
He comes in as cover for Tim Southee and Corey Anderson who are being monitored for injury niggles.
Henry will train with the team at the Basin Reserve today.
The 22-year-old made his first-class debut for Canterbury in 2010-11 before debuting in the shorter formats the following season.
The right-armer has 55 wickets at 22.70 in first-class matches, 37 wickets at 19.24 and an economy rate of 5.17 in 50 over games and 21 wickets at 30.90 in T20s. During the HRV Cup he took eight wickets at 24.12 with an economy rate of 7.42.
