Melbourne Stars captain Shane Warne is facing another one-match ban - this time for a slow over rate.
Warne was suspended for one game last week after his heated confrontation with West Indies all-rounder Marlon Samuels.
But the spin legend is in hot water once again for an alleged breach of CA's spirit of the game law in regards to a slow over rate.
Warne, who was already on a strike for a slow over-rate violation, wasn't officially listed as captain for his team's semi-final loss to the Perth Scorchers on Wednesday night.
Paceman James Faulkner was given the captaincy duties for the match, but CA said it should be Warne who takes the blame for the slow over rate, claiming he had breached "Rule 5: Laws of Cricket and Spirit of the Game".
