Cricket: Rest of World team named

SYDNEY - The Rest of the World team to play an Asian 11 in a fund-raising one-day cricket match on January 10 at the MCG was named today.

The Asian team will be named tomorrow.

The match will be a fund-raiser for victims of the Indian Ocean tsunami disaster.

Rest of the World: Ricky Ponting (Australia), Matthew Hayden (Australia), Adam Gilchrist (Australia), Stephen Fleming (NZ), Brian Lara (West Indies), Chris Gayle (West Indies), Chris Cairns (NZ), Shane Warne (Australia), Glenn McGrath (Australia), Dwayne Bravo (West Indies), Darren Gough (England), Daniel Vettori (NZ). (12th man to be named).
