In the 45th over, Aussie Heather secured one of the most bizarre wickets you're likely to see after Katie Perkins attempted to drive down the ground, only for the rocketing shot to scream straight at Martin.
Without having any time to react to the well struck powerdrive, Martin froze as the ball headed towards her. The Kookaburra smashed into the shoulder of her bat, knocking the willow out of her hand.
The ball then lept up off the blade and popped up delicately for Graham to take one of the strangest wickets of her career.
The incident left players on both teams scratching their noggins.
Microphones from the Fox Cricket broadcast even picked up laughter from the Aussie huddle as Perkins walked off the field.
"This looks like it could be an absolute miracle," Fox Cricket commentator and former Aussie cricketer Mel Jones said.
"Have you ever seen anything like this?"
Aussie great Brendon Julian was equally stunned: "Is that out? It looked out? I think that's out".
Thankfully for Martin, she batted through to the end of the Kiwi innings to slightly make up for her accidental betrayal.
She finished with 72 runs as New Zealand reached an imposing score of 7/323 from their 50 overs.
The Australia Governor-General's XI were never in it from there as they crashed to a total of 157 — all out in the 39th over.
Lauren Down was named player of the match for her innings of 107 in the Kiwis' innings.
The dismissal comes after a similarly bonkers dismissal in the Sheffield Shield earlier this week
Former Australian all-rounder Hilton Cartwright was on three off 46 balls and facing the part-time spin of NSW young gun Jason Sangha when he was dismissed in incredible circumstances.
His first shot in anger, a full blooded pull came out of the middle and onto the helmet of Nick Larkin at short leg with the ball ballooning up for Sangha to complete the catch.
Previously, it wouldn't have been a wicket as it used to be a dead ball if the ball was slammed into a fielder's helmet but since 2017, the rule was changed.
