Cricket: Gayle slammed for outburst

The West Indies Cricket Board has slammed Chris Gayle for his outburst against them, calling him antagonistic and unrepentant.

The explosive opening batsman has turned his back on the national side for the indefinite future, after being dropped for the current home Test series against India.

Gayle has said he's having to look at other opportunities overseas and leave the West Indies chapter behind.

The WICB says Gayle must show them some respect if he wants to return to the national team, but they want to resolve the issue.
