New Zealand A drew their second tour match against India A at Vizakhapatnam today.
The game was called off early with no result possible.
At the finish NZ A were 176 for three in their second innings, ahead overall by 183.
India A resumed at 408 for seven at the start of the day and were dismissed for 430, seamer Mark Gillespie cleaning up the last three wickets.
After opener Neil Broom completed an ignominious pair of ducks, captain Tom Latham and Carl Cachopa made half centuries, Latham getting 61 and Cachopa 76 in 128-run stand.
The teams now play a series of three 50-over matches, also in Vizakhapatnam, starting on Sunday.
