New Zealand fast bowler Doug Bracewell has been ruled of the first test against England starting tomorrow in Dunedin.
Bracewell has failed a fitness test at University Oval this morning on his cut foot.
Bracewell said he had cut the foot on broken glass after a party at his Napier property last week.
