Black Caps opening bowler Trent Boult has led the Sunrisers Hyderabad to an Indian Premier League victory over the Kings XI Punjab overnight.
Defending 150-6, the Sunrisers restricted the Kings XI to 130 for 9 with Boult finishing with 3-19 to be named man of the match.
After being replaced by South African quick Dale Steyn for the last two matches, Boult found some swing early to replace Punjab opener Manan Vohra in his second over.
The New Zealander then picked up two more crucial wickets in his second spell, including Wriddhiman Saha for 42 who was the top scorer in his side's defeat.
Earlier Sunrisers captain David Warner scored 58 from 41 balls including three straight boundaries off Australian teammate Mitchell Johnson.
