The first batch of Commonwealth Games athletes have been named with a 12-strong swim team representing New Zealand in Delhi.
Seven swimmers posted qualifying times at the just completed nationals and they have been joined by five others.
They are relay swimmers Tash Hind, Penny Marshall and Amaka Geffler, and backstrokers Emily Thomas and Gareth Kean.
Head coach Mark Regan said the swimmers' times put them in the top six in the Commonwealth.
The other in the squad, who qualified at the national championships in Waitakere City, are Daniel Bell, Lauren Boyle, Moss Burmester, Melissa Ingram, Hayley Palmer, Glenn Snyders and Natalie Wiegersma.
