Shooting: Silver medal for Etherington

MELBOURNE - New Zealand shooter Juliet Etherington won a Commonwealth Games silver medal in the women's 50m prone rifle competition today.

Etherington's score of 584 points was one point off the gold medal score.

The medal adds to the bronze Etherington won in the pairs event with Kathryn Mead earlier in the games.
