The Silver Ferns camp has plenty of self motivation at the Commonwealth Games.
The netball world champions begin their campaign this afternoon at the State Netball Centre against St Vincent and the Grenadines.
Despite the lowly-rated opposition, a clinical performance is expected from the Silver Ferns.
Captain Adine Wilson says they have set a high standard for the match.
Wilson says it is about setting challenges within the team, whether it be percentages at the pass-off or shooting.
The Silver Ferns are on court at 5pm.
