Irene van Dyk scored 58 points.
The quarter scores were 28-7, 60-14, 89-19, 116-26.
The Sri Lankan defensive duo of Harshanie Wijayalath and Sandya Jayasuriya gave away a combined height of 31cm to van Dyk and fellow Silver Ferns shooter Donna Loffhagen.
In their opening two matches, the Silver Ferns have scored 217 points.
In other matches, South Africa downed Barbados 56-37, Australia beat Fiji 83-32 and England outclassed Wales 81-18.
